Patterson Galleries is committed to protecting the privacy of its visitors and subscribers and strictly adheres to the following privacy policy:
Any personally identifiable information such as names, e-mail addresses, postal address and financial information will be kept confidential.
This information will be used only to provide you with updated information on exhibits and artwork directly related to Patterson Galleries.
It will never be shared with any third party.
RETURNS
Before you purchase any of my work, please read this carefully.
Photographs of the original art sometimes do not do justice to the original art and may therefore look different
as displayed on this site. Most photos of artwork on this site are cropped to eliminate unrelated background and/or a rag edge.
The intention is to maximize the image viewing and minimize the download time.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will refund the cost of the art you purchased less packaging and postage
provided the artwork is returned within 14 days in its original condition. We strongly encourage you to return your item via a trackable method
and insure it for at least the purchase price.
If you are not completely satisfied with the painting, please contact us via the Contact form
expressing your intention to return it and why. It must be returned within 14 days in the original
packaging to receive a refund.
Damages: Appropriate insurance is included in all shipping. If the package appears damaged when it
is delivered you should refuse delivery. If you discover it is damaged after delivery is accepted,
contact us via the Contact form immediately. Save all the packing materials.
SHIPPING
Artwork will usually ship within 7 days of the order, but will sometimes take 14 days to ship.
Shipping is free within the continental US for any unframed, flat artwork. Contact us via the Contact form for additional information on framed, international or express shipments.
